Summit Park is great for bird watchers. On November 19th, 2020, Jody Wells was the first to spot a Common Pochard at Smith Hill Reservoir. This is the first recorded sighting of this duck in BC!

No Common Pochard but enjoy the 

duck vortex at the Smith Hill Reservoir.
